Two cities in the US share the same name. They are also the largest cities by population in their respective states and neither is a state capital. What are the two cities?
We saw a nice price increase between 2020 and 2021 however, pricing became almost stagnant in 2022. There was also a decrease in the amount of houses sold in 2022. In fact more houses sold in 2020 even with the shut down for 2 months due to Covid than in 2022. A large part has to do with interest rates rising and the uncertainty of inflation. As we start the 2023 year, houses are still selling, in fact we are seeing multiple offers just not as many. Interest rates are not projected to go back down to where we have seen them in the 3's, but you can always refinance if they do go back down. Prices may have leveled off a bit but those aren't projected to go down either. You marry the house and date the rate.
Home valuation report is very general it doesn't take into consideration any updates or the current condition of the property. To obtain a more detail analysis call Don
